In the past Josh has served as CEO and founder of VTOtelecom and several related ventures, where he has guided Fortune 500 companies, carriers, real estate owners, and federal agencies through complex DAS, small cell, 5G, IoT, and cellular deployment strategies. Known for tackling challenging programs others avoid, Josh brings a practical, results‑driven perspective shaped by senior leadership roles at Boingo Wireless, CBRE, T‑Mobile, and DISH Network, making him a thought leader of wireless innovation, infrastructure strategy, and the future of connected environments.

Josh Reynolds is an active member of the Murfreesboro community, where his passions for learning, creativity, and connection all come together. A dedicated MTSU sports fan, he enjoys supporting the Blue Raiders both on and off campus. Josh is deeply involved with The Center for the Arts, contributing both behind the scenes—building sets and props—and on stage as a performer in local theater productions.
Beyond his theater work, Josh teaches improv to corporate teams, helping professionals build stronger communication, creativity, and collaboration skills. Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently taking classes at Middle Tennessee State University to keep his mind sharp and continue expanding his capabilities.
